Who knew...

Well I guess many people did and thus the dot-com bubble some years back. I am absolutely amazed at the speed in which technology is moving. New tools become obsolete it seems overnight. As an educator, I believe it is essential to keep up not only with what is available, but also how to use the newest tools as well as how to integrate it into our everyday teaching. I can't think of anything else in education where the adage "practice makes perfect" rings more true. So it is time for me to "get with it" and embrace the amazing technological changes that are happening everyday rather than hide my " head in the sand" and pray nobody notices.
